    1. Appointment Confirmation

    Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or message from StartMyLivingTrust.com.
    We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances or scheduling conflicts. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative time.

    2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

    We understand life happens!
    If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@startmylivingtrust.com or using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation message.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of any booking fees.
    • “No-shows” (missing the appointment without notice) may require payment before future bookings.

    3. Fees and Payments

    If a consultation or service fee applies, it must be paid at the time of booking through our secure online payment system.
    All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. Any promotional pricing will be honored only during the stated promotional period.

    Our consultations are for informational and educational purposes only.
